Data Deletion

This page explains how to have data that TradeSite holds about you deleted. It is for two groups of people: business owners who connected a Facebook Page to TradeSite so their lead forms reach them, and people who filled in a lead form on a contractor's Facebook ad or website. What we collect and why is in our Privacy Policy.

1. If you connected a Facebook Page

• Remove the connection: tap Disconnect on your connect page, or open Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations, and remove TradeSite. Either way we delete the stored Page access token at once, and no further leads are read from your Page.
• Delete the lead records too: email support@tradesite.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "delete my data". We delete the lead records in your account within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done. Closing your account asks for the same deletion (Section 10 of the Privacy Policy).

2. If you filled in a lead form

Your details were passed to the contractor whose ad or website you used, and TradeSite holds a copy in order to deliver them and to connect the call. To have our copy deleted, email support@tradesite.ai with the subject "delete my lead" and the phone number or email address you used on the form. We delete our copy within 30 days and confirm by email. The contractor keeps his own copy; contact him directly to have that deleted.

3. What we keep

Billing and tax records that the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires. Call recordings are already deleted within 30 days of the call, whether or not you ask (Privacy Policy, Section 10).
