Updating Testimonials

Customer reviews on your website help convert visitors into leads. Adding real testimonials from happy clients goes a long way.

Adding a Testimonial

In the Testimonials section of the editor:

  1. Click Add Testimonial
  2. Enter the client's name
  3. Write the quote (copy it from Google, Yelp, or ask the customer directly)
  4. Set the star rating (1–5)
  5. Optionally upload a client photo
  6. Click Save

Tips for Good Testimonials

  • Use real quotes — Don't paraphrase. Copy the customer's exact words.
  • Specific is better than generic — "He poured our driveway in one day and it looks amazing" beats "Great service!"
  • Include their first name and city — "Sarah M., Denver" adds credibility
  • Aim for 4–8 testimonials — enough to be convincing, not so many they feel overwhelming

Getting More Reviews

The easiest way to get testimonials is to ask right after a job:

  • Ask them to leave a Google review and then copy it here
  • Or simply text them: "Mind if I use what you said about the job on my website?"

Most happy customers are glad to help — they just need to be asked.
