Direct Booking with Jobber, ServiceTitan & Other CRMs

If you already use a CRM or scheduling tool to take bookings, you can wire it straight into your website. Visitors click to book and land on your own booking page — no extra software, and no change to how you run your jobs.

How It Works

You paste your public booking link into the portal, and we connect it to your site. Visitors who click "Book Now" are sent directly to your booking page, where they schedule using whatever tool you already use. Bookings show up in your CRM exactly as they normally would.

Note: This connects your existing booking page — it does not sync leads back into your CRM automatically. The booking itself happens inside your provider, so everything lands where you already manage it.

Finding Your Booking Link

Your booking link is the public scheduling page from your provider's dashboard. It's usually under Settings → Online Booking (the exact wording varies by provider). Copy the public URL — it's the same link you'd share with a customer to let them book.

Adding It to Your Site

Log in to your portal at tradesite.ai/portal
Go to the Booking step (or open it during onboarding if you chose "Direct booking")
Paste your booking URL
Optionally select your provider (ServiceTitan, Jobber, etc.)
Click Save

Once saved, your site's booking buttons send visitors straight to your scheduling page. You can update or change the link any time from the portal.
